Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, undamaged products in original packaging. Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, contact us at returns@samcrafting.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item).

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement without any cancellation fee. After 12 hours, if the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
